Tri-color spiral balloon archway made for a speaking event at the Renaissance Hotel.

When it comes to setting the ambiance for a special event, the smallest details can create the most significant impact. This was the case when MedForce, a renowned health agency, was planning a stellar event at the Renaissance Hotel. Eager to create a memorable entryway, they approached our team for a unique decorative concept. And the idea that took center stage? A Tri-Color quick-spiral Balloon Arch.

Crafting the Masterpiece

The foundation for this grand arch was an eight-foot-tall white base, strategically chosen to seamlessly blend with any setting. The goal was to ensure that the base wouldn’t distract or overshadow the tri-color balloons that would soon ascend in a majestic spiral.

We started at the ground level with the deepest hue, the dark blue. Progressing upwards, we followed with the calming light blue and finally the crisp white. But merely placing the balloons in this order wouldn’t do. To achieve the desired quick-spiral effect, we meticulously offset each color from the other, ensuring that the spiral motion flowed effortlessly up the arch.

Location, Location, Location

Positioning the arch was equally essential to its design. Placing such a statement piece at the event’s threshold ensured that no attendee could overlook it. Nestled right by the doorway leading to the speaking hall, the arch welcomed guests with its towering beauty and set the mood for what awaited inside.

The Power of Going the Extra Mile

Investing in unique decorative elements like our Tri-Color quick-spiral Balloon Arch emphasizes a company’s commitment to excellence. It subtly communicates to attendees, clients, or staff that every detail matters. As balloon experts, we couldn’t be happier to assist companies in bringing such vibrant visions to life and playing our part in making events unforgettable.
