COVID-19 Health, Safety & No-Contact Balloon Services
Taking care of our customers is important to us at YTE Events and Balloon Decor. As such, we are pleased to announce our new service offerings, yard art and balloon deliveries. Both “no contact” services ensure the health and safety of all parties while still allowing you to celebrate that special someone.
In these seemingly dark times, YTE Events and Balloon Decor believes balloons are the perfect way to spread joy and light. Although many of the traditional ways to celebrate special occasions are not currently available, you can still honor your loved ones with YTE Events’ “no contact balloon” services. Some ideas include yard art, door decor, balloon bouquets, mailbox toppers, marquees, stuffed balloons and more. These are fabulous balloon displays that bring joy and excitement while still ensuring the safety of your loved ones.
YTE Events continuously monitors the situation and adheres to CDC protocols and guidelines. As such, we regularly sanitize our work areas, delivery vehicles, and products. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have reported that no COVID-19 infections have been caused through transmission via packaging, food, or products such as balloons, we still remain diligent in ensuring that safety remains our top priority.
Steps we have taken to protect customers and staff:
- New “no-contact service” offerings including yard art and balloon deliveries
- Daily disinfecting our work space including door knobs, countertops, phones, keypads, keyboards, mice, tools, and equipment
- Disinfecting our delivery vehicle at the end of each day
- Notifying recipients of delivery and leaving balloons at the door
- Curbside pickup
- Business orders are dropped at the front desk.
- Nursing homes and hospital deliveries follow protocols set by the facility.
With the current state of our community, dealing with the COVID-19 virus, YTE Events and Balloon Decor is taking steps to ensure everyone’s safety. We hope that you are as excited about our new service offerings as we are and feel comfortable allowing us to service your balloon needs.
