Make Your Own Luck with a St Patrick’s day Party

Embrace the Luck O’ the Irish with these party tips, they’re sure to make others green with envy!

Choose a design for your balloon arch, either a rainbow and pot of gold, or a swirl of greens all in one. Setting out a game of horseshoe toss in the backyard is a great way to entertain guests while waiting for everyone to arrive and the festivities to begin! Be sure to stock up on lots of chocolate coins, they double as decor and a sweet treat. Even small details make a big difference, especially when it comes to the food: think green clover sprinkles and gold sugar crystals on the desserts(sprinkles are such an easy way to transform something plain into something festive!), mix up a batch of lime sherbet punch, and “rice krispy treats” – but made with lucky charms instead of rice krispies – to fit the occasion!

A magician is sure to bring the leprechaun magic to life for all who attend! Bring out the party props for photo ops: leprechaun hats, four leaf clovers, of course more gold coins, and don’t forget the rainbows! When guests arrive let them know about a scavenger hunt, and whoever finds the special four leaf clover hidden around the event space will win the prized pot o’ gold(a combination of whichever you like: chocolate coins, gold beaded parade necklaces, and any candy that comes in a gold wrapper like Fererro Rocher, Werther’s original, or Twix!)
