There’s nothing quite like the energy of baseball season, especially when it brings a community back together. We had an absolute blast being part of the Tampa Bay Rays Fanfest Block Party, and the excitement in the air was undeniable. From smiling families to die-hard fans, it was a day filled with fun, pride, and anticipation for what’s ahead.
With the official reopening of Tropicana Field set for April, after the devastation of the hurricanes in 2024, this celebration felt extra meaningful for the whole community.

After a challenging hurricane season, seeing the Rays organization and the Tampa Bay community come together again was truly inspiring. The team has rebuilt and come back stronger, and events like Fanfest remind us just how powerful shared experiences can be.
It wasn’t just about baseball, it was about resilience, togetherness, and celebrating what makes our community special.
🎉 All-Day Entertainment for Fans of All Ages
YTE Events was proud to provide all of the entertainment for the block party, helping create an atmosphere that welcomed fans of every age. From the moment guests arrived, there was something happening around every corner.
Entertainment highlights included:
- 🎨 Face painting for kids (and kids at heart!)
- 🎈 Balloon twisters creating custom designs on the spot
- 🎧 A DJ keeping the energy high with music throughout the event
- 👣 A show-stopping baseball-playing stilt walker, decked out in Rays spirit and spreading smiles everywhere she went
Our Rays-loving stilt walker quickly became a fan favorite, posing for photos and adding a larger-than-life touch to an already exciting day. We have a longstanding relationship with the Rays, and our team is eager to get back to entertaining in the Trop!
