Aside from our customers, our staff is the most important part of running our business. If we take care of our staff, they take care of our customers and then our customers, in turn, take care of us. It is a beautiful thing to have a company work so smoothly as it does at Publix.
This employee appreciation event at publix was a fun diversion from the regular day to day activities where there were fun little things to do on break as the cashiers and stock clerks placed balloon hats on and continued throughout the day with their regular jobs.
This cashier decided to get a Trex balloon hat complete with his own little island and palm tree. This balloon hat made guests smile, made sure that the staff had a great time, and really added a little something special in the air for the Publix event.
