This was certainly a fun and exciting event. There were so many awesome vendors that I recognized from other events I have worked. There was a great DJ, an awesome invitations guy, superb wait staff, and it was held at Maggiano’s off Westshore! There are so many great things that went into this event and we were just delighted to be a part of such a special occasion. We were the ones that took the theme and the entertainment and tied it all together on the dance floor with custom balloon columns exactly as requested. Furthermore, we were able to setup and break down within the 30 minute window on either side of the party, allowing the venue to support the other events they had scheduled for the day.
We set up 4 Corinthian columns topped with a 3 foot balloon topper on each. Each stood about 7 feet tall and helped marked the edges of the dance floor.
The best part for me was at the end of the event when all the kids wanted to help break down. It is not that often that there are so many children willing to step up and help. It was refreshing to see them all there willing to give a hand.
