Table Balloon DecorationsWe get it– putting together an event can be a lot of fun. In the past ten years of operating in the Tampa Bay area and beyond, we’ve seen a lot and we truly know what it takes to pull off a killer event. Just take a look at some of the work we’ve done under the ‘Past Events’ tab.

But we’ve put in the hours to know it’s more than often stressful, frustrating, tiring, and when there’s a lot on line there are even more emotions that go into to. We want to take some of the pressure off of your shoulders and share with you our steps to planning an event that your guests or customers love and one that you and your team can enjoy too.

Here are our keys to pulling off your next no-stress event:

Step 1. Get clear on your main objective

How do you want people to feel upon arrival? How do you want them to feel after the event? Are you raising funds or is entertaining your objective? Crafting your event can feel a lot simpler when you know what angle you want your event to take.

Step 2. Check out our event planning checklist

We took on some of the hard work of putting together an event. We make it our business to make your event a success, and having a simple checklist can help out BIG time when deadlines and details get to be too much.

Step 3. Organize a team

Putting together an event is much simpler when others join the planning and hosting process. Making sure you have an adequate team of individuals can seriously help. This will ensure that planning, organizing, and the right phone calls get made whether you’re available or not. Knowing your event is in good hands can help you chill massively when everything is crazy.

Step 5. Set the date.

Step 6. Rest when you can.

We can’t stress this enough. We’re willing to go through burnout for your event, but that’s the last thing you want for yourself. This is where a team is super helpful. Use delegation to your advantage. Skills that may not be within your expert zone could be in someone else’s, so including them in planning could be saving you triple the time.

Step 7. Outsource decor and entertainment

We might be bias, but planning an event doesn’t have to be so stressful when you know decor and entertainment are covered. We’ve got you when you need artists, entertainers, and the like. We put together a list of our complete services for you to take a peek at.

Step 8. Enjoy your work!

Don’t forget to enjoy the hard work you’ve put into this! Once the event is set in motion, take a breath and appreciate what it took to get to this point. This event is something that you’ve worked hard on and you should enjoy it. If it means getting someone from your planning team to help host, do it.
